Book launched: The Origins of Ethical Failures
A story to tell... client Dennis Gentilin has just launched The Origins of Ethical Failures.
We are proud to have helped bring this book to life. Dennis has written a brave account of his personal experience and role in the National Australia Bank's trading scandal, which resulted in damaging upheaval: great financial loss, resignation of the chairman and CEO, damage to their brand reputation.
This experience is described alongside current literature on business ethics and psychology to provide an insight into the origins of ethical failures. Dennis details how easily we can all be complicit in questionable behaviour. The book then provides lessons and guidance on creating institutions resilient to ethical failure.
The Origins of Ethical Failures is available through Routledge here.
